FAQs
What is animal communication?
Animal communication connects with pets' emotions and needs, provides a save environment for animals to give messages for their owners thus fostering understanding and healing for both animals and owners. For more information please click here.
How do you heal animals?
Because I am neither a veterinarian or a medical doctor I prefer not to use 'heal' in my practice. However, I use Bach flowers, energy therapy (Ushui Reiki), and naturopathy to support animals and humans. I also provide concrete canine behaviour tips and tricks for dog owners should they be necessary.
Can owners benefit too?
Yes, due to the well-documented mirror effect, pets can often reflect what owners are going through. In those cases I provide support to the animal and their owner for personal issues or traumas of owners, promoting healing for both the animal and the owner. For established pathologies or for a diagnostic, please refer to a medical doctor or veterinarian.
What is the mirror effect?
The mirror effect highlights the intimate connection between owners and their pets. There has been many documented cases where an animal can develop a pathology or a behaviour like anxiety after their owner have been diagnosed with the same pathology or have experienced a trauma causing anxiety. This mirroring effect can also serve as a warning to the owner. Supporting the animal can also have the same effect and have a relieving effect for their owners.
Can animals not want to talk?
Yes it is possible that an animal may refuse a communication. This can be because they do not want to share the message or may feel that I am not ready to hear or transmit the message or that the owner is not ready to hear the message. In this case, I will always respect the wishes of the animal and try to communicate at a later time.
What I can expect from a session?
Once I am contacted for an animal communication, we make an appointment via phone, WhatsApp, or Zoom so I understand the needs and the premise for the communication. Once I do the communication, I provide a detailed written report. Once the report is ready, I reach out to the owner to discuss the session, the conclusions, next steps and answer any questions before sending the report out to the owner(s). After a few weeks, I will check-in with the family on the progress.
